Sea Front Resort will be built on the most magnificent plot of land on the island of Crete. The land is forming a peninsula and has 500 meters of shoreline. The unique location this close to the sea will give these houses a kind of quality its hard to find .

Still we are only 14 minutes away from the international airport and 20 minutes from the charming city of Chania. The area close by has several small beaches, and a few villages with restaurants within walking distance.

The houses will be built in natural stone and the architecture is tailored for the plot, which is made out of great stone formations and rocks. We are playing with the natural elements, and bringing them with us into the houses. Combined with modern technical installations and energy technology, we will obtain a standard higher then anything else on the housing market.

The land area is large compared to the limited number of houses to be built. We will therefore obtain wide separation between the buildings, areas of full privacy and large natural parts of the land for the free use of the owners.
